After doing some research into music apps and their UIs, i watched the video Kyle put on miro about using Illustrator to design icons. I’d say i’m quite comfortable using Figma now, and would like to see if Illustrator could help me with this project.
To start, alex created a mood board and wrote down words related to the icon set he wanted to create. he then took inspiration from other icons, real life images of objects and began to sketch. he then took a photo of his drawings and dropped them into adobe illustrator. This allowed him to trace them. I love watching videos like this where you get a glimpse into a designers creative process, as it’s slowly helping me refine my process so i can iterate quicker and produce higher quality work.

I've been doing work hi sorry I just saw your messages because I just I've been doing work all day but don't worry about the skin care to say I'm kind of I've got most of the stuff that I need, but it's really handy to help out home as well so thank you and the hair stuff looks great thank you so much. I haven't used all the ages but they're meant to be really good. Yeah no don't worry about the packages none of its urgent I'm gonna I'll probably I'm not sure. I'll probably come home maybe tomorrow at some point I'm not sure I need to work at all, but I don't need anything so don't worry but thank you so much. You're gonna reach your own stuff but yeah, okay I'll talk to you tomorrow at some point but love you. Have a nice day.. I did find it a bit difficult to come up with five variations for all of the icons but overall this was a really useful exercise for testing my creativity and also getting used to creating icons and Figma. My goal is to start creating them an illustrator next but I need to figure out quote to gain access.
